Please contact our Sales Office if, for any reason, you wish to return items to us. You will be emailed/faxed a Returns Note (PF/02/01) which must accompany the goods you wish to return. Items returned without this documentation will not be accepted back.
On receipt of your goods please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Faulty items/items damaged in transit will be replaced.
Any item returned which constitutes a complaint will be detailed on our Customer Complaint Form (QF/04/01) and our Quality Manager will be advised. If necessary a copy of the form will be returned to you detailing our proposed corrective action.
